Whatever lingering hopes I had for Trump are dying fast. One retreat/betrayal after another. Using the farcical pretext of civilian casualties Trump has ordered missile strikes on Syrian forces while the Administration daily ramps up the anti-Russian rhetoric. A farcical pretext, and seeing Nikki Haley (known to her Indian parents as Nimrata Randhawa) holding up pictures of disfigured children at the UN brought back chilling memories of Colin Powell brandishing similar fabrications to get the Iraq war started. What happened to the campaign promises to work with Putin in solving the Syrian crisis and eliminate ISIS?

Understand that even most Israelis hate the Chabad-Lubovich sect and fear their rapidly growing power. They see them as insane and dangerous. For example after the death of their erstwhile leader Rabbi Mendel Schneerson a few years ago his followers hung around for days expecting him to rise from the dead!

Given that Kushner spends most of his time working for "peace" in the Middle East should the renewed war on Syria (and possibly Russia as well) come as any surprise? As an aside Kushner is also working hard on financial services "reform". Bear in mind that his father is a convicted felon in the Bernie Madoff mode, serving time in a Federal penitentiary for racketeering, tax evasion and witness tampering. Talk about having monkeys look after the bananas. Meanwhile Kushner packs key positions in the Administration with his Jewish cronies. ZOG was never this good even under Obama or Bush.
Now maybe, just maybe, Trump is playing a long game. Maybe the crushing power of the MIC-Ziocon-Wall Street nexus has dawned on him and he's retrenching. But I'm not optimistic. As the great Enoch Powell once observed "History is littered with wars which everybody knew would never happen."
Trump is not the saviour and the future has seldom looked more dangerous.
